Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data may be processed by Alivency and for what purposes.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed through the website is Alivency, represented by Franck Perthuis.

For any question about personal data, you can write to hello@alivency.com.

Data processed

The website does not currently provide a contact form. When you contact Alivency by email or book a meeting through Cal.eu, the data you provide may include your name, email address, company, message content and information needed to organize the meeting.

Minimal technical data may also be processed by the hosting provider to ensure the operation, security and maintenance of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer requests, organize meetings, discuss a potential collaboration and ensure the proper operation of the website.

These processing activities are based on Alivency's legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests, as well as on pre-contractual steps when the request concerns a project or service.

Third-party services

Meeting booking is handled by Cal.eu. When you use this service, the data required to schedule the meeting is processed according to Cal.eu's terms and privacy policy.

Analytics may be handled by PostHog, only after user consent. The selected configuration limits collection to information useful for understanding website usage.

The website is hosted by o2switch, which may process technical data required for hosting and service security.

Cookies and analytics

The Alivency website may use PostHog to measure audience and understand browsing journeys. PostHog is loaded only after explicit acceptance of the consent banner.

Analytics may cover page views, sections actually displayed and selected useful clicks, such as calls to action, navigation, product links, meeting booking links or links to external services.

The selected configuration does not enable global autocapture, does not use session recording and is not intended to personally identify visitors.

If consent is declined, no PostHog script is loaded. The choice is stored locally in the browser so consent is not requested on every visit.

Retention periods

Exchanges related to a contact request or collaboration opportunity may be kept for up to three years from the last contact.

Technical data required for website security and operation is kept for limited periods by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability of your data.

You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@alivency.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, if you believe your rights are not respected.
